About the Role

Join our dynamic Salesforce development team as a QA Engineer and play an essential role in delivering reliable, high-performing solutions. In this position, you will take ownership of quality throughout the development lifecycle by designing, executing, and automating comprehensive tests for our Salesforce applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and key stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment to drive continuous improvement, identify issues early, and ensure seamless, high-quality releases.


Your Key Contributions

  • Testing & Validation: Develop, execute, and maintain functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance tests for Salesforce solutions.
  • Automation: Build and maintain test automation frameworks, focusing on Salesforce-specific tools and integration with Copado and Azure DevOps.
  • Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the agile process.
  • Bug Tracking & Resolution: Identify, log, and track defects using Azure DevOps, collaborating with developers to ensure timely fixes.
  • Release Readiness: Conduct end-to-end testing in pre-production environments to ensure smooth deployments via Copado CI/CD pipelines.
  • API & Data Testing: Validate API integrations and perform data migration testing to ensure data integrity across Salesforce environments.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in testing processes and contribute to the enhancement of QA best practices.

 


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in a Salesforce development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules).
  • Experience with Copado for release management and Azure DevOps for tracking.
  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar Salesforce-compatible tools.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced sprints.
  • Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA-specific certs) are a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce-specific automation tools (e.g., Provar or Test Automation in Copado).
  • Knowledge of Performance Testing and Security Testing for Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control practices.


Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
