About the role

Join Lyon Aviation as a VIP Cabin Attendant and become part of a professional flight department dedicated to delivering exceptional service aboard private business aircraft. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys luxury hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited by the opportunity to travel the world.

This position is much more than working onboard the aircraft. You'll oversee every aspect of the cabin experience, from inventory management to training contract cabin attendants and maintaining the aircraft's interior condition. Approximately 150 flight hours per year will be dedicated to the aircraft owner’s personal travel, with additional responsibilities including hangar management and charter flights.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. Our cabin attendants are trusted professionals who may spend days or weeks away from home, work an unpredictable schedule, and respond to trips on short notice. What you'll do

• Cover all owner and family travel aboard the aircraft (approximately 150 flight hours annually).
• Support charter fights as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional VIP experience with warmth, professionalism, discretion, and personalized service.
• Prepare the aircraft cabin with catering, amenities, and special requests before each flight.
• Plan, present, and serve food and beverages with exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
• Develop, source, and manage all cabin supplies, catering, beverages, and onboard amenities.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the cabin, galley, and baggage areas.
• Maintain the aircraft's linens, bedding, mattresses, and towels, including coordinating laundry and replacements as needed.
• Maintain and organize the cabin supply room at the hangar.
• Coordinate catering, inventory, passenger preferences, and post-flight restocking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor cabin supply levels.
• Maintain and track a comprehensive list of interior cabin discrepancies and coordinate their resolution.
• Coordinate aircraft interior cleaning with cleaning vendors and uphold the highest standards of cabin cleanliness.
• Train and coach contract cabin attendants on the family's service standards, aircraft-specific procedures, and expectations for cabin management.
• Work closely with the aircraft owner, pilots and the flight coordination team to ensure seamless and consistent service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age.

• A mature, confident professional with excellent command presence.

• Outstanding hospitality, hosting, and customer service skills.

• Meticulous cleaning standards and a keen eye for detail.

• Calm, adaptable, and composed under pressure.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel worldwide and be away from home for extended periods.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and an unpredictable schedule with a two-hour response time when on duty.

• Must live within 40 minutes of Nashville, Tennessee

• Valid passport and authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience in luxury hospitality, bartending, private aviation, fine dining, or yachting is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with the right attitude and professionalism.
