Your Mission

We’re looking for a hunter-minded Territory Manager to expand our presence in the construction sector. If you love opening doors, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships with contractors and decision-makers, this is your shot to own your territory and make a serious impact.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll play a critical role in growing Manulift’s presence in the construction industry. You'll have full freedom to develop your market and go after opportunities with no limits.

Your Impact

• Direct sales with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers and developers.
• Proactively develop your territory – with the goal of owning the majority market share.
• Identify active and upcoming projects, build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Daily hunting mindset – prospecting, cold calling, jobsite visits.
• Understand customer challenges and offer solution-based equipment proposals.
• Provide excellent follow-up and build lasting client relationships through a consultative approach.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to remove obstacles and close deals.
• Maintain and update your CRM to track leads, pipeline, and performance.

Your Profile

• Proven business development experience – you know how to find, approach, and close prospects.
• Minimum 3 years of territory sales experience, ideally in heavy equipment, construction services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of how construction companies operate, including timelines, budget pressures, and project demands.
• Clear track record of exceeding targets – you’re results-driven and relentless.
• Independent, self-motivated, resilient, and solution-focused.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license – this is a boots-on-the-ground role.
