Junior HR Generalist

Position Summary

The Junior Human Resources (HR) Generalist supports the day-to-day execution of People & Culture operations, enabling consistent employee experience, timely manager support, and effective delivery of core HR processes.

 

This role is designed to absorb routine HR coordination, employee support, and process execution, allowing HR leadership to focus on higher-value initiatives such as manager development, supervisory training, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Coordination & Execution

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensure HR processes are executed consistently and on time across teams
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and follow-through on HR tasks
  • Partner with HR Manager to keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly

 

2. Employee Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and requests
  • Provide timely, accurate responses or escalate as appropriate
  • Support a responsive and values-driven employee experience

 

3. Manager Support

  • Assist managers with basic HR needs (process guidance, documentation, coordination)
  • Help ensure consistency in onboarding, feedback processes, and performance-related activities
  • Support follow-up on manager requests to ensure timely resolution

 

4. Recruiting & Program Coordination

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate experience
  • Support recruiting workflow and communications
  • Assist with execution of core people programs and initiatives

 

5. HR Systems & Process Support

  • Support HR processes within Rippling and related systems
  • Ensure data is accurate and processes are followed consistently
  • Assist in maintaining efficient, scalable workflows

 

6. Support Culture & Development Initiatives

  • Provide coordination support for supervisory training and manager development efforts
  • Assist in implementing employee experience and HR process improvements
  • Support logistics and follow-through for P&C initiatives

 

Skills & Qualifications

Required

·       Proven experience in office management, facilities coordination, or workplace operations.

·       Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee experience.

·       Excellent communication and project management skills.

·       Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and operations teams.

·       Experience in coordinating travel and leadership offsites.

·       Ability to coordinate schedules and calendars.
