Who We Are

MyndBridge is a workforce development and enrichment organization rooted in the communities of Nassau and Queens, New York. We deliver certification training, after-school programs, 1-day workshops, and in-school educational partnerships that create real career pathways for the people we serve. We are building fast — and we want people who are ready to grow with us.

You do not need sales experience to get this job — you need the right mindset. We will train you on everything. What we cannot teach is drive, community connection, and genuine care for the people you are talking to. If you have those three things, everything else is learnable.

What You'll Do

       Generate leads through community outreach, referral networks, events, and inbound inquiries — finding individuals ready for MyndBridge programs

       Qualify prospects — identify which program fits, confirm eligibility, and route them into the enrollment pipeline

       Build relationships with community referral sources — churches, community organizations, schools, and employers

       Support institutional outreach — identifying and warming up school and employer relationships for partnership conversations

       Log every contact, conversation, and lead status in the CRM — pipeline accuracy is non-negotiable

       Hit monthly enrollment targets across paid and grant-funded programs — your numbers are tracked weekly

       Represent MyndBridge in the community with professionalism, energy, and genuine knowledge of the programs you are promoting

 

 

What You'll Bring

Experience & Mindset

       Prior sales, enrollment, outreach, or community engagement experience preferred — but not required; we will train the right person

       Connection to the Nassau or Queens community — lived experience or professional experience in the areas we serve

       Comfort having direct, persuasive conversations — you are not afraid to ask for a commitment

       Self-starter with strong follow-through — you do not let leads go cold and you do not miss follow-ups

       High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

 

Technology

       Comfortable learning and using a CRM — HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent; training provided

       Google Workspace basics — Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets

       Comfortable with social media and digital outreach tools for community engagement

       Smartphone proficiency — reachable, responsive, and organized on the go

 

 

Your Earning Potential

Commission is paid on top of your base salary with no cap on earnings.

       Unpaid program enrollment (confirmed): $40 flat · paid monthly

       Paid program enrollment (confirmed + paid): $75 flat · paid monthly

       New institutional contract (executed): $150 flat · paid quarterly

       Contract renewal: $75 flat · paid quarterly

 

       Ramping (first 3 months): approximately $47,000–$51,000 total comp

       At quota (consistent monthly performance): approximately $58,700–$62,700 total comp

       Top performer (exceeds targets): approximately $68,000–$72,000+ total comp

 

Compensation & Benefits

       Base Salary: $32,000–$36,000 annually | 401k match at 3%

       Commission: flat rate per enrollment and institutional contract — no cap

       ICHRA Health Benefit: $3,500 annually toward individual health coverage of your choice

       Paid Time Off: Accrued PTO per the MyndBridge employee handbook
