Melvin Mills Roofing, LLC, is a 2nd-generation family-owned roofing business that proudly serves the Southeast Missouri area, with headquarters in Fredericktown, MO.

In the mid-1980s, our founder and namesake, Melvin, started offering roofing, siding, carpentry, and general handyman services under the name Melvin Mills Construction. As Melvin’s reputation for great customer service and quality work grew over the years, so did the demand for his services.

In 2008, Melvin’s youngest son, Craig, became a full partner in the business, and we began to narrow our scope of work to focus on building a true residential roofing company. We changed our name to Melvin Mills Roofing, LLC, to signal our commitment to providing outstanding roofing services with the highest level of specialized training and expertise.

Reports to:  Production Manager / Assistant Production Manager / Gutter Lead

Responsible for:  Gutter Laborers / Self

OVERVIEW:

Main Purpose:  Focus on installing guttering, soffit and fascia in a timely manner that mirrors MMR standards and expectations.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

•  Demo gutters, soffit and fascia 
•  Install gutters, soffit and fascia
•  Load material for jobs
•  Clean up job sites
•  Operate and maneuver a truck and trailer
•  Keep trucks and trailers organized
• Read and understand a tape measure

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:  Valid Driver's License, Basic knowledge of gutter, soffit and fascia installation.

Education:  N/A

Physical Demands:  Ability to lift 80 lbs

Work Environment:  Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, No fear of heights
