Miebach Consulting is strengthening its apparel and fashion supply chain consulting presence in North America. We work with apparel brands and retailers to address industry-specific challenges across sourcing, inventory, fulfillment, and returns through practical, results-oriented consulting.

This role is focused on market development and revenue growth within the apparel sector.

The Role

We are building our apparel and fashion consulting presence in North America and are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to lead client growth.

This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role for someone who already has an established network in the U.S. apparel industry and can open doors with senior decision-makers (VP Supply Chain, Operations, etc.).

You will be responsible for growing key accounts and generating new business, working directly with industry leaders while shaping how Miebach is positioned in this market.

 

What You’ll Own

Account Growth

  • Own and expand relationships with apparel, retail, and fashion clients
  • Identify and convert opportunities within existing accounts

New Business Development

  • Leverage your existing network to secure meetings with senior leaders
  • Build and convert a pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and industry relationships
  • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity to close

Client Leadership

  • Engage executives on complex supply chain challenges
  • Position Miebach’s capabilities in a way that drives tangible business impact
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure long-term client success

 

What Sets You Apart (Must-Have)

  • Established network within the U.S. apparel / fashion industry
  • Ability to directly access and engage VP-level stakeholders (e.g., VP Supply Chain, Operations)
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing complex deals
  • Min of 8 years of experience in account management, business development, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of apparel supply chain challenges (sourcing, inventory, omnichannel, returns)
