Where You’ll Make An Impact:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Take ownership of the candidate journey, providing a clear, supportive, and professional experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Engage Passive Talent: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract top-tier professionals who aren't actively looking.
- Enhance Decision-Making: Provide hiring managers with the insights and tools needed to make structured, objective hiring decisions.
- Refine the Process: Challenge the status quo by introducing new best practices, workflows and AI-automations to enhance hiring quality.
- Represent the Brand: Act as an ambassador for nesto at industry events, growing our visibility in the market.
- Maintain High Standards: Manage sensitive information with discretion while ensuring a transparent and honest candidate process.
What We Value:
- Two (2) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with experience in a startup or FinTech environment being an asset.
- You are a natural problem-solver who doesn't just treat the symptoms; you listen closely to identify the underlying issue and provide the right solution.
- A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, but can deliver results independently.
- You are naturally organized and treat every candidate’s journey with care, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks from initial screening to onboarding.
- You are tech-savvy and highly organized in your ATS; experience with Rippling and AI-driven recruitment tools is a definite plus.
- Bilingualism in English and French will be considered an asset.
