About this Position

As Net at Work continues to evolve its internal systems, processes, and technology platforms, we are seeking a Systems Learning Specialist to support employee readiness, technology adoption, and learning enablement across the organization.


The Systems Learning Specialist plays a key role in helping employees successfully adopt and utilize business systems, tools, and processes. This role partners closely with Learning & Development, Systems Operations, and business stakeholders to transform system requirements, workflows, and process updates into engaging and effective learning experiences.


This position is focused on the execution of training initiatives, including content development, facilitation, documentation, and user adoption support across multiple technology platforms.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs for employees.
  • Create engaging learning materials including presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, videos, process documentation, and knowledge articles.
  • Support employee adoption of business systems including ticketing platforms, HR systems, collaboration tools, and operational applications.
  • Translate system updates, process changes, and business requirements into clear learning content.
  • Conduct platform walkthroughs, testing, and hands-on exploration to understand workflows and user experiences before developing training materials.
  • Facilitate new system launches, enhancements, and adoption initiatives.
  • Assist with AI enablement efforts by developing and delivering foundational AI learning content and best practices.
  • Maintain and update training materials to ensure content remains accurate and current.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather information and validate training effectiveness.
  • Support employee onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives related to business systems and technology tools.
  • Track participation, feedback, and adoption metrics to continuously improve learning programs.


Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, employee enablement, instructional design, or systems training.
  • Experience creating training content and learning materials.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and business processes.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting software implementations or system rollouts.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, HRIS platforms, or workflow applications.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools.
  • Experience creating video-based learning content or microlearning assets.
  • Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted content development.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $80,000 to $95,000.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
