JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator position will model the Netrio mission, vision, and values each day, functioning as a guide for daily accountabilities and responsibilities. This role is mainly responsible for facilitating support activities for the Project Services Team, through a project's lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make recommendations and decisions regarding the urgency of customer requests and appointments, influencing priorities for service delivery.
- Provide clear, timely, and actionable feedback on day-to-day interactions with technicians, teams, and customers.
- Identify and share positive feedback from internal teams and customers to encourage a constructive and motivating team environment.
- Stay current and execute tasks within your business unit to support team performance.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date project documentation.
- Collaborate with Supervisors/Coordinators from other business units to foster cross-department collaboration.
- Partner with project managers to provide timely support as needed to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Engage with management to support performance improvement initiatives by providing input and helping refine proposed process and workflow enhancements.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of Netrio's Disaster Recovery Service, including managing logistics and serving as the primary point of contact during day-of execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 3+ years of demonstrated client relations, customer service, or administrative experience in a business position.
- Previous experience with Project Management or Technical Project Coordination.
- Ability to gather detailed technical information, quickly assess and prioritize incoming requests, and manage multiple competing priorities while collaborating with team members to meet customer needs.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office products and other related applications/tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience and strong interest in customer service, building relationships with customers via telephone, email, video conferencing, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to anticipate work demand and allocate resources efficiently to meet client and business needs.
- Willingness to take ownership of job responsibilities and drive performance with minimal direction.
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and coworkers to reduce frustrations or concerns by demonstrating empathy.
- Flexibility to accommodate pre-scheduled weekday after-hours and occasional Saturday work to support disaster recovery (DR) testing activities.
- Must reside within commuting distance of the Golden Valley, MN office.
Preferred:
- Experience working with project management tools or systems.
- Knowledge of service ticketing systems and reporting platforms.
- Previous exposure to working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
