About the role:

We are seeking a Production Test Systems Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Production, the specialist will be responsible for supporting testing operations, documenting and optimizing production stations, and improving overall productivity. This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability of test benches and the efficiency of manufacturing lines.

What you'll do:

  • Write and maintain up-to-date testing procedures and user guides;
  • Troubleshoot test benches and their software configurations;
  • Improve the organization of test stations to optimize efficiency;
  • Design and build test benches;
  • Participate in the transfer plans for new validation software into production;
  • Ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure and equipment;
  • Contribute to productivity and quality improvement initiatives;
  • Provide direct support and training to operators and technicians;
  • Assist in production planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial or Automation Engineering;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-tech manufacturing environment (electronics and software);
  • Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems);
  • Ability to work effectively in a team while being autonomous and versatile;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems;
  • Attention to detail, rigor and a constant focus on quality;
  • Good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written for effective communication with our international team.

Assets:

  • Programming experience: Python, C#, SQL and TestStand;
  • Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) and RF testing equipment.
