Careers @ Orchestry

Partner Manager - West & Central

About the role

Partners are one of the biggest levers in Orchestry's growth, and we're looking for a tech-savvy Partner Manager to help us pull it. You'll develop and grow strong relationships with strategic partners, recruit new ones, and turn those partnerships into pipeline and revenue for both sides.

As a leading Microsoft ISV, we sit at the heart of the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll bring a passion for technology, a strong understanding of how that ecosystem works, and the drive to make a real impact on how Orchestry reaches new customers in your market.

What you'll do

  • Identify and recruit new strategic partners in your market (West & Central).
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer success.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to hit revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales enablement.
  • Deliver compelling product demos to partners and their customers and equip partner teams to sell Orchestry with confidence.
  • Provide input on the product roadmap based on partner feedback and market trends.
  • Monitor the partner landscape to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) and related systems updated with accurate partner intelligence. Always.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management or business development, preferably in technology or SaaS (bonus if in an early-stage startup).
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Microsoft partners.
  • Technically savvy, with a flair for product demos.
  • A demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; you build trust and credibility with partners quickly.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially in remote, async-first cultures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Based in the US or APAC, and willing to travel as needed (~20%) to meet partners and attend industry events.

Why Orchestry?

  • Work that matters: Join a growing, remote-first SaaS company solving real problems for organizations navigating the complexity of Microsoft 365.
  • Real ownership: Own the full sales cycle and build your territory from the ground up.
  • Flexibility with accountability: We’re a remote-first company, and we trust people to work in the way and environment that works best for them while staying connected, collaborating effectively, and remaining accountable for meaningful outcomes.
  • A smart, kind, no-ego team: People show up, work across departments, and care more about getting to the right answer than being the person who had it first.
  • Competitive base, uncapped commission, equity, and benefits.

 Compensation: OTE: USD $160,000 - $190,000
