Careers at Order.co

Senior Manager, Go to Market Operations

Order.co is the System of Action for the Office of the CFO, transforming the way businesses purchase and pay into an intuitive, B2C-like shopping experience. Order.co leverages embedded AI agents and embedded financial products to reinvent the way businesses connect with their vendors.

End users enjoy a seamless, zero-training buying experience, while finance and procurement leaders gain a single platform to orchestrate how the business “should operate”. The result is an all-in-one solution that serves as a gravitational pull for spend and data, automating and eliminating procurement and finance workflows from requisition to reconciliation along the way.

Order.co is on the cutting edge of B2B Agentic Commerce, poised to be the market leader in creating a more predictive, prescriptive, and personalized experience for users.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in New York City, Order.co oversees nearly half a billion in annualized spend across hundreds of customers like WeWork, SoulCycle, Lume, and [solidcore]. Order.co has raised $75M in funding from industry-leading investors like MIT, Stage 2 Capital, Rally Ventures, 645 Ventures, and more. Order.co has been proudly named a 50 to Watch by Spend Matters and a Best Place to Work by BuiltIn and Inc. Magazine.

The Opportunity

Order.co is seeking a Director of Go-to-Market Operations to build and scale the operating infrastructure that powers our revenue organization.

Reporting to the Head of Go-to-Market, this leader will own the architecture, systems, data flows, and operational processes that connect our customer-facing teams. As AI transforms how companies sell, market, support, and expand customer relationships, this role will be responsible for ensuring Order.co has the technical foundation and workflows necessary to operate efficiently at scale.

This is not a traditional Revenue Operations role focused primarily on forecasting, compensation, or reporting. Instead, this leader will serve as the architect of our GTM operating system—connecting people, processes, data, and AI-driven workflows across the customer lifecycle.

What You'll Own

GTM Systems Architecture

  • Own HubSpot and the broader Go-to-Market technology ecosystem (Gong, Zendesk, Claude, Zoominfo, Clay, etc)
  • Design scalable system architecture supporting Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Account Management
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices across GTM systems
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms

Data Strategy & Workflow Infrastructure

  • Design and maintain the data architecture that powers customer acquisition, expansion, retention, and partner motions
  • Own account data sourcing, enrichment, and territory carving for future sales hires
  • Establish trusted data flows between internal systems, external platforms, and AI applications
  • Own GTM data quality, governance, and operational reliability
  • Build scalable frameworks for lead routing, account ownership, lifecycle management, enrichment, and attribution
  • Ensure customer and revenue data remains accurate, accessible, and actionable

AI & Automation

  • Lead the adoption of AI across the Go-to-Market organization
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive workflows and manual processes
  • Connect AI tools, agents, and orchestration platforms into existing GTM systems
  • Design AI-powered workflows that improve seller productivity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
  • Develop frameworks for AI governance, monitoring, and performance measurement

Operational Excellence

  • Map, optimize, and automate critical Go-to-Market workflows
  • Eliminate operational bottlenecks across customer acquisition, onboarding, account management, and partner programs
  • Build scalable processes capable of supporting rapid growth without adding unnecessary operational complexity
  • Create documentation, standards, and operating procedures that improve consistency across teams

Strategic Initiatives

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership on systems, operations, and organizational scale
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Finance
  • Support new business models, channel programs, partnerships, and AI-driven growth initiatives
  • Help define how Order.co operates in an increasingly AI-native business environment

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or related disciplines
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot administration, architecture, and ecosystem management
  • Experience designing complex system integrations and operational workflows
  • Strong understanding of modern GTM technology stacks, APIs, automation tools, and data platforms
  • Experience implementing AI, workflow automation, or agent-based solutions within business operations
  • Ability to translate business objectives into scalable systems and operational processes
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder leadership skills

Success in This Role

  • Create a unified and scalable GTM systems architecture
  • Improve operational efficiency across all customer-facing functions
  • Build AI-enabled workflows that increase productivity and reduce manual work
  • Establish trusted, reliable data flows across the GTM ecosystem
  • Reduce operational friction and accelerate execution across revenue-generating teams
  • Position Order.co with a modern, AI-native operating infrastructure capable of supporting the company's next phase of growth

What You'll Receive

  • Competitive compensation including base salary, variable, and equity
  • Employer-sponsored 401(k) with match
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible time off and hybrid work environment
  • Opportunity to build and scale a critical function at a high-growth fintech company
  • The anticipated annual salary range for this role is $180,000 OTE. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
