Position Summary
The Studio Manager is responsible for the overall performance, operations, growth, and client experience of one LumiVita location. This leadership role oversees daily operations, team development, financial performance, membership growth, and execution of company standards while creating an exceptional experience for both clients and team members. The Studio Director serves as the primary leader of the studio and partners closely with Corporate Leadership, Clinical Leadership, and the Medical Director to drive operational excellence and business results.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations
• Oversee all daily studio operations and ensure efficient execution of services and workflows.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, payroll management, and labor efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, facility maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Lead implementation of new services, programs, and company initiatives.
Team Leadership
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop studio team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and accountability meetings.
• Foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on teamwork and client care.
• Address employee concerns, performance issues, and staffing needs promptly.
• Ensure all team members maintain required training and certifications.
Financial Performance
• Maintain accountability for studio revenue, profitability, and expense management.
• Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory expenses, and operational budgets.
• Drive membership sales, retention, retail sales, and service utilization.
• Review financial reports and implement action plans to achieve studio goals.
Client Experience
• Ensure consistent delivery of LumiVita's service standards and client experience expectations.
• Address client concerns and service recovery opportunities promptly.
• Monitor client feedback, reviews, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
• Support a culture focused on hospitality, professionalism, and relationship-building.
Sales & Growth
• Drive studio performance through memberships, retail sales, wellness programs, and aesthetic services.
• Partner with Marketing and Corporate Leadership on local promotions, events, and community partnerships.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve results.
• Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
Compliance & Clinical Partnership
• Partner with Clinical Leadership and the Medical Director to maintain compliance and quality standards.
• Ensure proper documentation, credentialing requirements, and clinical protocols are followed.
• Support implementation of all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of leadership experience in med spa, wellness, hospitality, retail, or multi-service environments.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling, POS, EMR, payroll, and business management systems.
Work Environment
• Full-time, exempt position.
• Primarily on-site at assigned studio location.
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and special events may be required based on business needs.
