We are actively recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our growing team!


In this role you will have a direct impact on growing Orion180's business and culture. As a TA Business Partner, you will be at the heart of our hiring strategy to attract, engage, onboard, and retain top-tier talent. This role is 100% onsite in our Irving, TX office


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Redefine Recruitment: Develop creative strategies to attract exceptional talent that is hard working, competitive, and results driven.
  • Know your Product: Quickly learn and articulate Orion180’s mission, culture, and priorities.
  • Influence Hiring Decisions: Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and competitive benchmarking
  • Advise through market data and hiring metrics: use recruiting metrics, market data, and talent analytics to guide sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
  • Build Connections: Source and connect with high performers, showcasing our company and mission, network at recruiting events, and partner with universities and industry groups to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Orchestrate the Hiring Journey: Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and selecting top candidates with precision and care.
  • Drive Impactful Metrics: Meet aggressive time-to-fill and quality of hire goals while ensuring a first-class candidate experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • BS Degree and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-tech and fast-paced environments
  • Prior experience developing sourcing and recruiting strategies that drive results for business success
  • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and market data, utilizing that data to develop strategies and influence decisions.
  • Prior experience with ATS platforms and integrating AI to enhance and streamline recruiting processes. Rippling is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present to internal senior stakeholders and candidates

The office environment is fast-paced and collaborative.  An employee must be willing and able to work their regularly assigned work schedule onsite, and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on company or departmental needs, project requirements, or customer demands. 

 

While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, comprehending, and reading; being able to lift light objects (<25 lbs); and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones.  In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist, or squat down to open/close cabinets and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.
