About the Role

We are looking for high energy, results driven individuals who pride themselves in going above and beyond to help customers get the most out of their investment in OrthoBanc’s Account Management solution.  The Growth and Renewals Specialist is responsible for the customer relationship, including support and issue resolution, account management, and ensuring the practice realizes the value of our solutions.  

At the center of this role is a heart for the customer. You should have a strong desire to build meaningful relationships with our clients and should always act with integrity to support their business needs. You will also encourage and be rewarded for practice upgrades to the full OrthoFi Revenue Cycle Management solution.  Our team members are extremely self-motivated, collaborative, love a challenge and are able to be successful in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

This is a temporary position through December 31, 2026, with the potential for continued opportunities based on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Meet/Exceed customer engagement and growth outcomes in close partnership with our Sales team
  • Negotiate offerings with existing customers to ensure customer retention. 
  • Proactively engage customers and work to resolve any issues with OrthoBanc services.
  • Manage account portfolio and increase growth.
  • Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Operate as a positive influence and informal leader across the organization to provide insight into the practice experience and bring forward constructive ideas to improve our service.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent experience required.
  • Effective problem solver that can work cross-functionally to mitigate issues and manage escalations. 
  • Track record of building consultative relationships with a high degree of follow-through and integrity.
  • Prior experience leveraging a CRM tool to track and manage customer relationships.

Compensation: $60,000 base plus variable compensation potential

Work Authorization: You must be authorized to work in the United States.  The Company is unable to provide sponsorship for workers.
