Role Overview:

The Product Developer SAP UI/UX in Pathlock is responsible for the development, testing & support for ABAP to meet the business needs of the organisation. Working closely with our Product Managers & Specialists to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance our product functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Development responsibility for the entire software product lifecycle.

·       Develop new, innovative user-facing features.

·       Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

·       Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

·       Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

·       Participate in UX design and prototyping sessions to create wireframes for feature development.

·       Collaborate in an Agile environment and liaison with team members to effectively communicate business requirements and expectations.

·       Identify opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance team effectiveness.

·       Perform analysis of critical issues for the product(s) and provide expertise towards resolution.

·       Troubleshoot existing Fiori applications.

·       Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform applied research.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

·       4+ years of experience in SAP Fiori / UI5 development.

·       Ability to collaborate and interact with multiple teams.

·       A university degree coupled with solid technology experience. Previous experience as a consultant or a senior developer.

·       Strong debugging skills.

·       Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Json, XML.

Desired Skills:

·       Experience in software product development.

·       Excellent communication skills, including written and fluent spoken English.

·       Experience in custom developed UI5 apps (transactional, reporting, dashboard).

·       Willingness to familiarize yourself with SAP backend development: Gateway, OData, ABAP.

·       Experience in SAP Gateway, OData, ABAP, CDS will be an added advantage.

·       SAP Certification in relevant areas will be an added advantage.

·       Ability to help resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations.

·       Good to have an understanding of GRC.
