Acknowledgment and Consent

Pre-Employment Screening I understand that if I am selected to move forward in the hiring process, I authorize PCCCF to conduct background and reference checks, as well as any required pre-employment testing, including drug screening and tuberculosis (TB) testing. I consent to the release of all related results and documentation to the company’s designated representatives. I acknowledge that this information will be used solely for employment-related purposes and will remain confidential in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
Falsification Consequences I certify that the information provided in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any falsification, misrepresentation, or omission of information may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or termination of employment, regardless of the timing of discovery.
Employment At-Will I understand that employment with PCCCF is "at-will," meaning that either I or the Organization may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
