Location

  • This position is based in our Ljubljana, Slovenia office (our EU headquarters) and requires five in-office working days per week.

About the Role

PDQ is looking for a bold, customer-driven problem solver to join our high-performing pooled Customer Success program. As an EMEA Customer Success Manager, you'll work across a dynamic book of European accounts, delivering proactive guidance, driving product expansion, and securing renewals — while making life easier for the IT heroes we serve. You'll serve as a customer advocate and seller across many accounts in our pooled model, engaging with them at various points in their customer journey. This role sits within our Revenue organization and reports into the EMEA Customer Success leadership team.

In this role, you'll help PDQ deepen relationships with our European customer base, directly impacting renewal rates, product adoption, and the overall customer experience across the region.

How You Might Spend Your Day

  • Drive renewal strategy and execution across a shared customer book of European customers
  • Identify usage trends and lead early interventions when risk is detected
  • Recommend and coordinate cross-product expansions that solve customer pain points
  • Capture voice-of-the-customer insights to influence product roadmap and strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Lead customer demonstrations and assist with contract negotiations
  • Maintain excellent pipeline hygiene and attention to detail in Salesforce

We're Looking for People Who Have

Must Have

  • 2+ years of SaaS/B2B customer success or sales experience
  • Required: English and Slovenian language proficiency (speaking and writing) — strong preference for secondary language proficiency in German, French, or Italian (speaking and writing)
  • Experience assisting with or leading customer demonstrations and contract negotiations
  • Strong aptitude to grasp technical products and concepts and convey them through product demonstrations
  • Ability to demonstrate skilled discovery leading to uncovering customer opportunity
  • Comfort working with Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

  • Natural curiosity and proactivity — a desire to learn as much as possible about PDQ products and how they add value to sysadmins
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to build authentic business relationships
  • Strong focus on goal attainment and consistently driving toward exceeding targets
