Help Communities Thrive Through Leadership, Coaching, and Growth

Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to provide leadership, coaching, and strategic support for a portfolio of senior living communities. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who enjoys developing teams, driving occupancy growth, analyzing market opportunities, and helping community teams achieve outstanding results.

As a key member of the sales leadership team, you will partner closely with Executive Directors, Sales Directors, Regional Operations Managers, and Home Office leadership to build a strong sales culture and support communities in reaching their occupancy and revenue goals.


This position is currently responsible for supporting communities within the Oklahoma and Missouri region; however, regional assignments may change based on business needs.

What You'll Do

Lead and Develop Sales Teams

  • Coach, mentor, and support community Sales Directors through regular calls, site visits, and follow-up.
  • Strengthen sales skills, accountability, and performance across assigned communities.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing development for sales team members.
  • Participate in hiring, coaching, and evaluating Sales Directors.
  • Help cultivate a sales-focused culture centered on customer service, results, and accountability.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver company-wide sales and marketing training opportunities.

Drive Occupancy and Revenue Growth

  • Partner with community and operational leaders to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance, conversion metrics, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Assist in developing annual sales plans, monthly goals, and performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor prospect and lead management systems to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support community events, grand openings, and referral-building initiatives.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and prospective residents.

Support Marketing and Business Strategy

  • Collaborate with operational leadership to achieve company goals and growth objectives.
  • Assist with sales and marketing budgets, advertising strategies, and public relations efforts.
  • Conduct market research, secret shops, surveys, and other competitive analysis activities.
  • Participate in the development and launch of new services, programs, and promotions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated leader with a passion for growth, results, and team development.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Flexibility to work hours necessary to support community and business needs.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to move throughout community environments and perform activities including reaching, bending, stooping, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper body mechanics and available equipment as needed.
