About the Role
The Paid Media Associate is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of Priorities USA’s digital paid media programs for the 2026 election cycle. As a member of the Digital Communications team, you’ll work cross-functionally with Priorities USA staff, including (but not limited to) the creative, analytics, and other teams to execute cutting-edge digital media programs: you’ll help execute ad buys, optimize and pace campaigns, and provide general support to the Digital Communications Team. This role will assist in advising on program tactics and using program reporting to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or deepen their paid media skills in a fast-paced political environment.
This is a remote position. The role includes occasional travel, and working hours are 10AM–6PM ET regardless of location. We are not currently registered to do business in all locations. In particular, we are not currently accepting applicants based in Florida, Hawaii, Missouri, and Texas due to regulatory considerations.

Compensation and Benefits
The budget for this position is $70,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience.

Application Process Information
Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Applications should include a resume and cover letter. The hiring process for selected candidates will consist of a phone screen, at-home exercise (compensated), and a set of final round interviews. Most processes will occur over 3-4 weeks with a target start date in June.
