We’re not just providing a service; we’re building the essential operating system for hospitality, and we're looking for a commercial and creative Head of Growth Marketing to lead our next chapter of expansion.


Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape our GTM strategy, architect the commercial marketing engine, and assemble a high-performing team to bring it to life.

  • Lead and Build Your Team: You’ll step in to lead and mentor our passionate Marketing Manager, while also being empowered to hire 2 new specialists (e.g. Product Marketing, Content/AEO), plus off shore resources in our global capability centre. This is your chance to build a team for success.
  • Own the Outcome: You will have full ownership of critical commercial metrics from pipeline quality and conversion to customer retention and expansion.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Head of Growth Marketing, you will be building a predictable, scalable revenue engine. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Architect the GTM Strategy: Define and execute a commercially-driven marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals. You will own key GTM decisions from pricing and segment prioritisation to coordinating our shift to a more product-driven model from accounting services.
  • Own the Funnel: Build a multi-channel marketing strategy and own the targets for pipeline contribution and conversion
  • Champion the Brand:  You will own our positioning, guide our creative output, and set the vision for a content strategy that embraces modern SEO and is at the forefront of AI Optimisation (AEO).
  • Master Retention & Expansion: Take ownership of customer expansion targets, creating initiatives that drive growth and retention within our existing customer base.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Mentor our existing Marketing Manager and hire new specialists to build a high-performing, data-driven marketing function.
  • Forecast the Future: Analyse pipeline health and conversion rates to measure marketing’s contribution to predictable revenue, providing a clear view of the future to the leadership team.
  • Be the Commercial Connector: Act as the key strategic partner to the Sales, Product, and Executive teams. You will create tight feedback loops with Sales on pipeline quality, collaborate with Product on GTM launches and positioning, and report on strategy and growth priorities directly to the leadership team.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • You are a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing leader with a deep understanding of brand, multi product positioning, and scaling teams.
  • You have a proven track record of evolving marketing programs to deliver commercially successful outcomes.
  • You are a "player-coach" a strategist who can lead from the front, guide the hands-on work of your team, and contribute when needed.
  • You are data-driven, curious, and creative, with a passion for testing, learning, and scaling what works..
  • You are at the forefront of new trends, with a deep familiarity with the modern marketing tech stack, including AI Optimisation (AEO).
  • While hospitality industry experience is a bonus, a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn a new vertical and build a tailored GTM strategy is what we truly value
