Location & Logistics
- Location: Open to USA or Ireland. For the US, the engineering team is EU-based, so flexibility to overlap with EU hours is important. This is open to candidates in CT and ET only; East Coast strongly preferred for the USA.

The Opportunity
Rebrandly is the world's leading branded link management platform, serving 1.3M users globally. We power high-scale infrastructure up to 50 million messages daily and over one million links generated per minute, with 99.99% uptime. We're SOC2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR compliant, and Zapier named us the #1 link shortener in 2025.
We're at an inflection point. The business is strong, GTM and operations are well-staffed, and we've just brought on a Head of Engineering to level up our AI integration. What we need now is a product leader who can match that ambition: someone who can sharpen our product strategy, accelerate our roadmap, and turn the tremendous data assets we've built into differentiated, AI-powered experiences our customers can't get anywhere else. This is a seat at the table, not a support function. You'll partner directly with engineering, design, and the CEO to define where Rebrandly goes next.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Product will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You'll partner closely with the Head of Engineering to ship products that serve both our self-serve base and our growing enterprise customer segment, and the Head of CX to best ensure our product supports our customers' needs.
Your mission:
- Own the Product Roadmap end-to-end. Translate business strategy and customer insight into a clear, prioritized roadmap. Make the hard calls about what we're building, what we're not, and why.
- Drive AI-powered product innovation. We have rich data assets and an AI-native engineering team. Your job is to turn that into features customers love.
- Serve two customers well. Our PLG self-serve motion and our enterprise SLG business have different needs. You understand how to build for both without letting either compromise the other.
- Make engineering faster, not slower. A great product leader accelerates engineering through crisp specs, fast decisions, and ruthless prioritization. You'll be a force multiplier for the Head of Engineering, not a bottleneck.
- Be the voice of the customer. Own the insights loop: customer discovery, retention signals, usage data. You'll know what users are doing, what they're asking for, and what they actually need.
- Infuse product thinking into the company. Product leadership isn't just about the roadmap. You'll help the whole company make better, faster decisions rooted in customer and market insight.

What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- B2B SaaS product leadership experience. You've owned the product function, or a significant part of it in a larger business, at a company with active users, real revenue, and real stakes. You've shipped and iterated in a fast-paced environment.
- PLG + SLG fluency. You understand the distinct demands of self-serve and enterprise motions, and you've built products that serve both. You know how PLG drives pipeline and how enterprise requirements shape the platform.
- API-first product thinking. You think naturally about developer experience, integrations, and platform extensibility — not just UI.
- AI product fluency. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you have a clear point of view on how AI creates product value — not as a feature bolt-on, but as a structural shift in what's possible. You've shipped or led AI-powered features in production.
- Data-driven decision making. You're comfortable in a BI tool. You know how to instrument products, build insight loops, and use data to sharpen your intuition rather than replace it.
- Strong engineering partnership. You've worked closely with engineering leaders and know how to build trust across organizational boundaries. You write crisp specs, make fast decisions, and keep the team unblocked.
- Player-coach orientation. At our size, you're not managing a large product org. You're leading by doing. You're in the details, talking to customers, writing strategy docs, and running discovery yourself.
- Exceptional communicator. In a distributed team, communication is the job. You write clearly, facilitate well, and create alignment without bureaucracy.
Strong preferences:
- Background in martech, link management, or high-volume B2B platforms
- Experience with freemium or usage-based pricing models
- Comfort with EU team timezones, or willingness to flex schedule
- Familiarity with high-scale, uptime-sensitive products where reliability is a product requirement, not just an engineering one
