Relentless builds technology and programs to activate low-turnout voters and unlock political power. Our core program, the Rally Organizing model, is a civic education, persuasion, and mobilization program that compensates low-turnout voters for their time as they become Voting Ambassadors in their communities. Rally, Relentless’s flagship platform, allows campaigns and organizations to relationally organize at scale, resolve fractured and anonymized identities across online communities, and build progressive digital infrastructure that meets the moment we’re in.
The Content Logistics Manager is a full-time role for a project manager who's ready to coordinate the systems that keep content moving across Relentless programs. You'll assist the Deputy Director of Programs, Content to manage the timelines, reviews, and approvals for the participant communications, event materials, and in-app copy in Rally that guide tens of thousands of people through learning about upcoming elections and turning out their friends and family to vote.
You're highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable. You're comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, while responding to changing program needs. You're also a strong writer and editor with a sharp eye for detail. You can incorporate feedback quickly, shape content to different audiences and contexts, and maintain consistency across materials. If you're energized by building order out of complexity, keeping projects moving, and creating a seamless participant experience, this role is built for you.
This is a full-time cycle role with an end date of November 15th, 2026.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $6,000/mo/month
Schedule: Full-time
Hours Expectations: This role requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate recruitment and event volume. We anticipate a six day workweek in the final stretch, starting in October and running through Election Day.
We're excited about candidates who are early in their career, with some hands-on experience, and an eagerness to grow.
In lieu of a cover letter, we'll ask you to answer a couple of short-answer questions and to include a link to 2-3 samples of your writing or project work. It can be as simple as a PDF or a website, and it doesn't need to be fancy — share projects that you’re proud of and that show your skills.
