The Role. 

Let’s make moves! We are looking for a Loan Production Manager to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Loan Production Manager at Revolution Mortgage, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the operational activities that support mortgage loan origination and production. This role partners closely with Loan Officers and Operations teams to ensure efficient pipeline management, exceptional customer service, and timely loan closings. The Loan Production Manager drives production goals through process optimization, workflow management, team leadership, and compliance oversight while supporting the growth and success of the branch and production team. 

What you’ll be doing. 

• Manage the daily operations of the mortgage loan production pipeline from application through closing.  

• Support Loan Officers in achieving production goals by ensuring efficient workflow, timely follow-up, and effective file progression.  

• Monitor and manage pipeline activity to ensure loans meet established milestones and closing deadlines.  

• Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact loan quality, customer experience, or closing timelines.  

• Oversee the collection, review, and submission of loan documentation to ensure file completeness and accuracy.  

• Track production metrics, loan cycle times, pull-through rates, and service-level expectations.  

• Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and federal and state mortgage regulations.  

• Assist with onboarding and training of new production team members.  

• Collaborate with management to establish and execute strategies that support branch growth and production objectives.  

• Act as a resource for escalated borrower, referral partner, and operational concerns. 

What we are looking for 

• Prior mortgage experience is preferred 

• NMLS License preferred but not required 

• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products, loan origination, processing, underwriting, and closing procedures. 

• Excellent time management, oral, and written communication skills required 

• 1+ years’ experience working in an office environment is required
