Careers at RTS

Head of HR

RTS works across gaming, creators, and brands. We produce global live events, develop original content, and build experiences that bring fan communities closer to the worlds they care about.

Our team spans partnerships, production, events, talent management, media, and community building. We’re operators and builders who enjoy solving hard problems together and moving quickly when opportunities arise.

As RTS continues to grow and expand globally, we’re investing in the infrastructure, operational discipline, and leadership that will help our teams scale while preserving the creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit that define our work.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Head of HR to help shape how RTS grows as a company.

This will be the senior leader responsible for building and leading the people function at RTS. You’ll collaborate closely with the COO and executive team to develop the strategies, systems, and leadership practices that support a growing and globally distributed team. You will play a key role in shaping how the company scales its team, leadership, and culture over time.

Reporting to the COO, this role will oversee talent strategy, organizational development, performance management, compensation philosophy, and employee experience. You’ll ensure that as RTS continues to scale, our teams have the structure, clarity, and support needed to do their best work.

Because RTS operates as a fully remote company, this role will also guide how we hire and support employees across different regions. This includes advising leadership on international hiring approaches, employment structures such as Employer of Record (EOR) models, and building practices that support a globally distributed workforce.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building things from the ground up. The ideal candidate is practical, proactive, and someone who can think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves and helping leaders across the company navigate the people side of growth.
