Rust Automation & Controls

Sales Operations Coordinator

Rust Automation & Controls is a family-owned company that's been solving tough industrial problems since 1976. From our West Jordan, UT headquarters we support customers across the western half of the country with instrumentation, valves, and controls. We're proud of a friendly, low-ego team where people actually stick around — and we're growing.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, in office role in our Sales Department, reporting to our Vice-President of Sales.

Success in this role means the numbers are accurate, the programs stay on schedule, and the Sales Team has what it needs before it asks — all delivered with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility, and positivity in order to support the initiatives of the Company.
