Are you energetic, ambitious, and looking to develop your career? Our Cape Town Sable Wealth department is looking to add a full-time Wealth Administrator to their team. We offer a dynamic and challenging environment where we achieve our business objectives and have fun doing it.


We are looking for a strong administrator who has worked in the financial planning industry before. Knows that the real value that they can bring to the team is strong administration skills, quick learner, confident communicator and a customer focused.

You’re perfect for this position if you:

  • Have at least two years of experience working at a financial advisory firm.
  • Have a relevant planning qualification but experience in the industry will be strongly considered.
  • Have a background in a regulated environment with knowledge of FICA and FAIS.
  • Have experience with SA providers – local and offshore.
  • Have experience navigating and managing financial CRM platforms, including Xplan and @work.
  • Are proficient across a wide range of financial planning elements, including basic taxation (IRP5, CGT, PAYE) and financial products, with specific expertise in living annuities and offshore investments.
  • Are highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Are comfortable with phone and written communication.
  • Are numbers-orientated, deadline driven, and honest and ethical.
  • Have experience working with Microsoft Office platforms.

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:


Financial Adviser support and client servicing

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers.
  • Assisting with new business processing, ensuring all onboarding documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
  • Handling ongoing client servicing queries and maintaining strong client relationships through efficient administrative turnaround.

Compliance, quality control and data management

  • Facilitating the annual review process for client portfolios.
  • Conducting strict compliance checks in line with regulatory and company standards.
  • Performing accurate data capturing and maintain up-to-date client records across internal systems.
  • Overseeing continuous file monitoring and maintenance to ensure audit readiness.

Investment administration

  • Co-ordinating and preparing comprehensive investment reviews for Adviser and client evaluation.
