About the role
Sanas is looking for a Manager of Business Intelligence and MIS to own the single source of

Finance, Product, Customer Success and Delivery, and is accountable for turning fragmented

users.

What you'll do

  • Key Responsibilities

    Data Foundation
  • Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines consolidating data from internal systems, product telemetry, CRM, ticketing and finance platforms.
  • Build and own the semantic layer - governed metric definitions, business-friendly data models and certified datasets that everyone reports from.
  • Establish data quality, reconciliation, lineage and refresh SLAs so numbers areconsistent across every report.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams on warehouse architecture, schema design and performance optimisation.

    Reporting & Dashboard Delivery
  • Own the enterprise dashboard portfolio - executive scorecards, departmental operating dashboards and program-level reporting.
  • Apply strong visual design and information hierarchy principles; dashboards should be intuitive, fast and genuinely usable, not dense grids of numbers.
  • Run the recurring MIS cadence: daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly business reporting packs.
  • Work with department leaders to define KPIs and metric definitions, and govern changes to them over time.

    AI-Enabled Analytics
  • Stand up conversational, natural-language analytics on top of the semantic layer, enabling business users to ask questions in plain English and get trusted answers without raising a request.
  • Use Microsoft Copilot and comparable AI tooling to accelerate pipeline development, data modelling, DAX/SQL authoring, documentation and QA.
  • Deliver on-demand generation of reports, narratives and executive summaries using AI, reducing manual reporting effort.
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging AI analytics capabilities, and set the standards and guardrails for their safe use across the business.

Qualifications

  • 5-9 years of experience in Business Intelligence, MIS or Analytics, including experience leading a function or a team.
  • Advanced SQL and hands-on data warehousing experience
  • Proven experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines at scale.
  • Deep expertise in at MS Power BI enterprise BI platform with a genuine eye for visual dashboard design.
  • Demonstrable recent, hands-on use of AI tools within an analytics workflow - Copilot or equivalent - with examples of what was built and the impact delivered.

    Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to contact center, BPO and CX or SaaS metrics
  • Experience with Python or dbt for transformation and automation.
  • Familiarity with data governance, access control and data privacy practices.
  • Experience supporting global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
