We’re an integrated residential property business working hand in hand with our clients to provide property buying, advisory, management services and investment funds.

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking to add a part-time Receptionist (working Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays) in our Paddington office to support our team and keep the office running smoothly.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, tenants and visitors, providing a welcoming front-of-house experience while supporting the team with key administrative tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Greeting and assisting clients, tenants and visitors at reception
• Assisting with tenancy applications when required
• Preparing tenant packs
• Managing vacate folders and key returns
• Completing key audits
• Ordering office supplies (Coles, Officeworks, etc.)
• Providing office coverage and general admin support
• Maintaining office presentation (kitchen and shared spaces)

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience — the right attitude matters most.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience (property experience a bonus, not essential)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A warm, professional and approachable manner
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple small tasks and stay on top of priorities
• A proactive mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
• Pride in keeping a well-presented, organised office
