- Strategic Roadmap Alignment: Partner with client R&D teams to align our software capabilities with their future vehicle programs and SOP (Start of Production) timelines.
- Complex Contract Management: Lead high-value negotiations involving licensing, NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) fees, and long-term service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the bridge between the client’s technical architects and our internal product and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry shifts in V2X, ADAS, OTA (Over-the-Air) update frameworks, and cybersecurity standards (ISO 21434).
What You Should Know:
- 5+ Years of automotive software sales: Proven track record in Telematics, Embedded Systems, Infotainment (IVI), or Connected Vehicle platforms.
- Quota Achievement: Demonstrated success managing an annual sales quota within the automotive or industrial technology sector.
- OEM Experience: Direct experience selling into automotive OEM Product Development (PD) or Engineering organizations.
- Fleet Expertise: Experience in working with an OEM or Tier 1 that sold vehicles to Fleet Operators
- Lifecycle Awareness: Deep understanding of the automotive development cycle, including RFIs/RFPs, sourcing phases, and the transition from prototype to production.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate and manage relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Sales Expertise: You bring a strong background in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering, allowing you to bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and commercial goals.
- Strategic Industry Network: You possess an established professional network within the "Big Three" or the global EV startup ecosystem, enabling you to navigate and influence key industry players.
What we offer:
- Competitive and generous total compensation package including equity options.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans with company contribution.
