We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Restoration Technicians.

No previous restoration experience is required—we will train the right candidate.

About the role


  • As an Entry-Level Restoration Technician, you will learn how to perform cleaning, demolition, equipment setup, and property cleanup following water, fire, smoke, storm, freeze, mold, and other property damage.
  • This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop skilled-trade experience and build a career in the restoration industry.
  • You don't need restoration experience. We are looking for people who are dependable, willing to learn, work well with a team, and take pride in doing quality work.

Schedule

·         Monday–Friday, primarily during business hours

·         Typical start time: 7:30 AM

·         End times vary based on job requirements

·         Overtime, nights, and weekends may be required

·         On-call rotation approximately every 2–3 weeks

·         Flexibility is required for emergency response situations

Role Responsibilities

Restoration & Cleaning

·         Assist with water extraction, drying, cleaning, smoke cleaning, odor control, and general restoration.

·         Assist with mold remediation/abatement and sewage or black-water cleanup.

·         Assist with hoarding and specialty cleaning projects.

·         Learn and follow proper safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Demolition & Contents

·         Assist with removal of damaged drywall, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, appliances, and other materials.

·         Perform debris removal and jobsite cleanup.

·         Assist with packing, moving, cleaning, and organizing customer contents.

·         Protect unaffected areas and customer belongings during restoration work.

Equipment & Jobsite

·         Load, unload, transport, and set up restoration equipment and materials.

·         Learn to operate air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, air scrubbers, and other equipment.

·         Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.

·         Lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

Customer Service & Documentation

·         Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, supervisors, and coworkers.

·         Treat customers' homes and belongings with care.

·         Take photographs and document job progress using company apps.

·         Follow instructions and communicate jobsite conditions to supervisors.

Qualifications

·         No previous restoration experience required.

·         Must be 18 years of age or older.

·         Valid Washington State Driver's License with a good driving record.

·         Ability to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screen.

·         Basic smartphone, computer, and app skills.

·         Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

·         Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

·         Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

·         High school diploma/GED not required.

Compensation

·         $20.00–$24.00 per hour to start, depending on experience and qualifications.

Training & Career Growth

·         We provide hands-on training in restoration procedures, equipment operation, jobsite safety, customer service, and industry practices.

·         As you gain experience and develop your skills, there are opportunities to advance into Lead Technician, Project Management, Estimating, Supervisory, and other positions within the company.

·         Industry training and certification opportunities may also be available.
