About the role
We're looking for three Social Media Managers — one dedicated to each brand in our portfolio — to own day-to-day social media execution and grow engaged communities across platforms. This is a hands-on role for a social-native marketer who can move from creative ideation to post-ready execution quickly, while keeping a clear eye on what's working and what's not.
Each Social Media Manager will report into the Director of Social Marketing and manager Content Creators and work closely with the Influencer team and brand stakeholders to build a consistent, compelling, and on-brand social presence. While each role supports a single brand, managers will collaborate across the team and share best practices.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and analytical — someone who genuinely loves social media, understands platform nuance, and can develop content strategies that build brand affinity and drive real engagement.
What You'll Do
- Own social media strategy and execution for your assigned brand across all active platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and others)
- Develop and manage a content calendar that balances brand storytelling, product promotion, community engagement, and trend participation
- Brief, direct, and collaborate with your brand's Content Creator on video and photo content needs
- Write compelling copy for posts, captions, Stories, and short-form video
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate voice
- Coordinate with the Influencer team to amplify creator content and align on brand messaging
- Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity; adapt strategy accordingly
- Track and report on social performance metrics
- Support campaign launches, product announcements, and brand moments with timely, relevant social content
- Collaborate with Performance team on paid social amplification of organic content
What We're Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience in social media management for a consumer brand, agency, or media company
- Strong understanding of how each major platform works and what actually performs on each
- Hands-on content creation ability: you can write great copy, direct a shoot, and produce basic graphics or video edits
- Demonstrated track record of growing brand social presence and driving meaningful engagement
- Organized and self-directed, able to manage an editorial calendar and meet deadlines without hand-holding
- Data-literate, comfortable pulling platform analytics and translating them into actionable insights
- Experience in home, lifestyle, or design categories is a strong plus
- Video content experience (Reels, TikTok) is required
