At SpartanX, our Electrical Service Center (ESC) plays a critical role in supporting field operations and keeping residential solar projects moving. We're looking for an experienced ESC Supervisor to lead our ESC Electricians, drive day-to-day performance, and ensure field teams receive the electrical support they need.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands residential electrical work, knows how to lead electricians, and can help a team anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve installation and post-installation electrical issues.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership

• Supervise and support ESC Electricians across assigned markets
• Manage daily workloads, priorities, and field coverage
• Coach team members on performance, quality, productivity, and technical problem-solving
• Monitor team performance and ensure established expectations and service levels are consistently met
• Assist with training and development of new and existing ESC Electricians
• Serve as the first level of escalation when additional technical or operational support is needed

Electrical & Field Support

• Support ESC Electricians in diagnosing and resolving complex residential electrical issues
• Help identify potential electrical challenges before they create installation delays
• Provide guidance on installation, troubleshooting, repair, and post-installation electrical concerns
• Review field information, photos, plans, and documentation to assist with determining appropriate solutions
• Ensure electrical work is completed safely and in accordance with NEC, local requirements, and company standards
• Coordinate resources and support when field issues require immediate resolution

Operational Support

• Partner closely with Installation, Service, Engineering, Project Management, and other internal teams
• Track recurring electrical and field issues and help identify opportunities for process improvement
• Escalate significant technical, safety, or operational concerns when appropriate
• Ensure accurate documentation of electrical issues, resolutions, and completed work
• Help maintain consistency in ESC processes and expectations across markets
• Support staffing and scheduling needs as field demand changes

What We're Looking For

• Strong residential electrical experience required
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring electricians or field teams
• Residential solar experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Excellent electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to evaluate problems quickly and develop practical, code-compliant solutions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment
• Comfortable collaborating with both field and remote operational teams
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Electrical license preferred based on applicable state and local requirements
