Spine Solutions, Inc. (S2) is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Multi-Site Physical Therapist to support our Albuquerque and Santa Fe clinics. This full-time position follows a consistent weekly schedule, with three days in Albuquerque and two days in Santa Fe.

You will help patients recovering from musculoskeletal and workplace injuries regain their strength, function, confidence, and independence.

Experience in workers’ compensation is welcome but not required. If you come from outpatient orthopedics or are newer to this specialty, we will provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Physical Therapy services at our Albuquerque clinic 3 days per week and our Santa Fe clinic 2 days per week
• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education
• Help patients progress toward safe and sustainable return-to-work goals
• Collaborate with therapists and other members of the care team
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Support patients throughout their recovery
• Develop experience in work conditioning, functional movement, injury prevention, and return-to-work planning

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain a New Mexico license before beginning employment
• Strong communication and clinical-reasoning skills
• Commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care
• Interest in learning and professional growth
• Desire to help patients regain function and independence

That is okay. Many successful S2 therapists have backgrounds in traditional outpatient orthopedics. Our structured onboarding, paid training, and mentorship will help you become comfortable and confident in return-to-work rehabilitation.
