About the role

Eskimo Joe’s is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Kitchen Supervisor!

As a kitchen supervisor, you will be tasked with ensuring each meal that leaves our kitchen is delicious and contributes to a delightful dining experience for all guests. Your responsibilities may also include upholding the appearance standard of the restaurant by taking out the trash and maintaining the grounds, and other cleaning/utility tasks. Additionally, you will be in charge of keeping all supplies readily available for the team's success.

• Knowledge & proficiency of all stations and prep in the kitchen
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail
• A keen sense of urgency
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including dinners
• Ability to hold each team member accountable
• Positive attitude
• Desire to train and develop others
• Ability to lead a team
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• 1+ years of experience in a full-service kitchen
• Must be available to work a flexible 40+ hour workweek, including a variety of shifts and weekend availability.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with in-house caters and catering events
• Training and developing new team members
• Writing food prep lists
• Running a smooth shift
• Attending Supervisor meetings
