Role Description

We’re looking for a Content & Marketing Coordinator who keeps our content engine moving — a highly organised coordinator who can take a single insight and help turn it into a full suite of assets, working closely with the marketing team to get things out into the world on the right channel at the right moment.

This is a coordination role, not a strategy or solo-ownership role. You’ll coordinate the content calendar, webinars, and website updates with support from the wider team — keeping projects on track, owning the breakdown and timing of assets, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The strategic direction is set by the marketing lead; your strength is execution, organisation, and getting things done across the team.

This is a full-time role, open to candidates anywhere in the UK, supporting TalentNeuron’s global marketing team and working closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales.

What You’ll Do

Content Coordination & Planning

Help maintain a global content calendar aligned to quarterly marketing priorities, product launches, and campaign themes. Own the asset breakdown and go-live scheduling — “these assets are coming, here’s the plan, here’s when they go live” — coordinating the moving parts across the team so deadlines are met.

Content Atomization & Repurposing

A core part of this role. Every research report, webinar, podcast recording, or customer story is raw material. You’ll help extract maximum value from it — breaking a single asset down into blog posts, social carousels, pull-quote graphics, short written snippets, email nurture copy, and sales enablement pieces. You think in asset cascades, not individual deliverables.

Webinar Coordination

Coordinate webinars end-to-end with support from the team — scheduling, run-of-show, and turning recordings into follow-up clips and assets. (Live events are run by the campaign manager; your focus is webinars.)

Website Coordination

Keep the website updated and current, coordinating changes with support from the wider team. Comfort with a CMS and light technical tasks is important; you don’t need to own the site single-handedly.

Video & Multimedia

Use tools like Goldcast and Riverside.fm to help edit webinar recordings and executive conversations into short-form, social-ready clips. You don’t need to be a video producer, but you should be comfortable enough to cut a tight highlight, add captions, and package it for LinkedIn or email.

Distribution & Channel Execution

Help ensure content reaches its audience — coordinating publishing across the blog, LinkedIn, email, and other channels with a consistent cadence. Apply SEO fundamentals to written content to build organic visibility over time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Demand Generation, Sales, and Strategic Consulting to keep content flowing into campaigns and nurture sequences, coordinating with the team and any external freelancers with clear briefs.

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • 2+ years of marketing/content coordination experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, data, or enterprise technology
  • Strong project management and coordination instincts — you run a clean process, hit deadlines, and don’t let things fall through the cracks
  • Demonstrated experience in content atomization and repurposing — turning a single research piece or recorded webinar into a full suite of assets
  • Comfort coordinating webinars and website/CMS updates with support from a team
  • Hands-on comfort with video editing tools (Goldcast, Riverside.fm, or similar) and working knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms, and marketing automation

Nice to Have

  • Copywriting ability — a genuine plus, but not required (copy is currently supported by the team)
  • Experience marketing to senior HR, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, or workforce planning buyers
  • Familiarity with HR technology, labour market analytics, or strategic workforce planning as a category
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, and content workflows
  • Background in a PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation-stage company

What Success Looks Like

A content engine that keeps moving: research reports become campaigns, webinars generate clips and nurture content, and the calendar runs on time — all coordinated smoothly across the team. Assets ship on the right channel at the right moment, and nothing gets stuck.

We’re an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
