The Role
You will be UKON's first Implementation Specialist, reporting to our executive team and working closely with our product, sales, and Cyber Practice Leaders (CPLs), teams. This is a greenfield role. You are being hired to build it.
UKON partners with independent insurance agencies and managed service providers to deliver an outsourced cyber practice. Signing a partnership is only the beginning. Implementation turns a signed agreement into an active, growing agency relationship: getting the agency onboarded, trained, connected to their CPL, and producing. Today that process runs on effort and goodwill. Your job is to turn it into a repeatable system.
You will design the agency onboarding standard, the handoff from sales to CPLs, the training standards, and the implementation playbook, and then run them. You will decide what good looks like, measure it, and keep improving it. This starts as an individual contributor role, with the opportunity to own and grow the implementation function as UKON scales.
Experience implementing technology and managing projects matters more to us than experience in insurance. If you’ve helped customers get up and running on a SaaS or technology product, kept projects on track, and built or improved the process along the way, we want to talk to you.

About UKON
UKON exists to help every business survive a cyberattack.
Formerly known as FifthWall Solutions, we have grown from our foundation as a specialized cyber insurance wholesaler into a full-service cyber revenue partner for independent insurance agencies and managed service providers. We give our partners the technology, processes, carrier access, and expertise they need to deliver sophisticated cyber capabilities without the cost and complexity of building an internal cyber department.
Today, our team works inside our partners’ books of business to identify uninsured companies, understand their risk, secure the right coverage, and help get more businesses protected. With access to more than 50 carriers and differentiated coverage options, including custom endorsements for emerging risks such as agentic AI, we help businesses understand what they are buying and how their coverage will respond when they need it most.
We are building the AI-native operating system that will make this work scalable. Our platform brings together fragmented agency data, cybersecurity context, carrier appetite, quoting, communications, and workflows to shorten the distance between an uninsured business and a protected one.
For us, AI-native does not mean adding a chatbot to an existing product. It means embedding intelligence throughout the platform so the system can understand the context of a user’s work, recommend the right next action, and help complete that action within the workflow. Because we operate in insurance, we care as much about accuracy, reliability, auditability, data privacy, and user control as we do about model capability.
Our mission is ambitious but simple: close the estimated $10 trillion cyber protection gap and ensure every business can survive a cyberattack.
