We’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, community-focused team in Castro Valley. You’ll enjoy a varied small animal and exotics caseload, the tools to practice high-quality medicine, and support to keep developing your clinical interests.

The Right Fit

  • DVM or VMD, with a California veterinary license or eligibility for licensure.
  • A strong foundation in general practice and an interest in a varied caseload.
  • An interest in exotic pet medicine, whether you bring existing experience or want to develop your skills through training and mentorship.
  • A thoughtful, collaborative approach to clinical decision-making.
  • Clear, compassionate communication and a commitment to building trusted client relationships.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy practice while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Curiosity, a commitment to continued learning, and a willingness to support your colleagues.
