What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow existing medical aesthetic accounts, including dermatology, plastic

surgery, and medspa practices

 

• Drive VI Peel utilization and VI Derm adoption through strategic account planning and

partnership

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans aligned with regional strategy

• Analyze sales data and territory reports to identify trends and opportunities

• Train accounts on product indications, protocols, and on-label usage

• Partner with practices on promotions, events, and open houses to drive sell-through

• Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and internal stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with all business hygiene and reporting requirements

 

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years of sales or account management experience in medical aesthetics,

skincare, or devices

• Proven success growing existing accounts and driving consistent performance

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience managing a territory in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated, accountable, and collaborative mindset

• Ability to travel within territory

 

Bonus Points

• Existing relationships within dermatology, plastic surgery, or medspa practices

• Experience selling professional skincare, peels, or aesthetic devices
