An ambitious, self-driven broker with a proven ability to generate business. You thrive in a team setting, operate with integrity, and bring high positive energy. We’re hiring at both the Associate and Senior Broker level, depending on experience. 

What You’ll Do 

• Partner with senior brokers on leasing and sales transactions 

• Conduct market research and gather data for marketing and analysis 

• Prepare LOIs, proposals, contracts, and marketing materials 

• Coordinate tours, inspections, due diligence, and transaction logistics 

• Support deal negotiations and client communications 

• Maintain transaction records and CRM updates 

• Attend industry events to grow your network and market knowledge 

Qualifications 

• Active Colorado real estate license 

• One of the following: 1+ year experience in commercial real estate, formal real estate/finance education, or relevant professional background 

• Knowledge of Northern Colorado’s CRE market and trends 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Commercial MLS software
