
About the role
WEConnect International is a global nonprofit that connects women-owned businesses with corporate and government buyers, advancing inclusive sourcing and business growth globally.
What you'll do
1. Corporate Partnerships & Market Development:
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate and institutional partners across India - Initiate and advance engagement with companies, industry bodies, and government stakeholders
- Support conversion of prospects into active partners
- Maintain a structured pipeline tracker
2. Inclusive Sourcing Engagement:
- Design and deliver initiatives promoting inclusive sourcing and responsible procurement practices
- Engage senior corporate and government stakeholders
- Plan and execute roundtables, workshops, and forums
3. Program & Project Delivery:
- Execute partnership-driven and donor-supported initiatives
- Develop project plans, risk trackers, and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners
4. Funding & Partnership Development:
- Identify corporate and CSR funding opportunities
- Support proposal and partnership development
- Provide market intelligence
5. Market Intelligence & Representation:
- Track trends in ESG and inclusive sourcing in India
- Represent organization at industry events
6. Reporting & Communication:
- Provide updates on partnerships, programs, and funding opportunities
- Prepare reports and presentations

Qualifications
-8–10+ years in partnerships or business development in India
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Established network
- Project and budget management experience
