Role Summary

The Data Operations Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the organization's data operations function by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of data across Salesforce and related business systems. Reporting to the Data Operations team, this individual will support contract validation activities, CRM data management, acquisitions integration, data governance initiatives, reporting, and operational workflow documentation. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working with large datasets and cross-functional stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Maintenance: Perform ongoing maintenance activities, including merging, updating, deduplicating, and validating records to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
  • Contract Validation: Assist with incoming contract validation and confirmation processes, ensuring contractual data is interpreted, reviewed, and accurately reflected within internal systems.
  • Acquisition Integration Support: Partner with acquisition companies to establish and maintain company, contact, and related records within Salesforce and other business platforms.
  • Off Limits Administration: Gather and maintain Off Limits policies from acquired firms, validate data accuracy, and ensure policies are appropriately applied and maintained within the CRM.
  • Stakeholder Support: Respond to data-related inquiries and support tickets in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional internal customer service.
  • Workflow Documentation: Document operational workflows, business processes, troubleshooting procedures, and maintain data validation rules to support consistency and scalability.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain operational reports, data dictionaries, and process documentation. Build and update reports that provide insights into data quality and business operations.
  • Data Audits: Conduct weekly and monthly data audits to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance with established standards, and proactively address data quality issues.
  • Data Governance: Support data retention, governance, and compliance initiatives through ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and adherence to organizational policies.
  • SOP Development: Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across multiple lines of business.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies across systems and business functions.


 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Operations, CRM Administration, Salesforce, Data Management, or a related function.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including data maintenance and workflow support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience reviewing, interpreting, and validating data from contracts and business documentation.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or data integration projects.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and records management best practices.
  • Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and workflow maps.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Experience working within professional services, consulting, executive search, or similar organizations.
  • Familiarity with data auditing, validation processes, and CRM data architecture.


Compensation is tailored to each individual based on their skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The rates mentioned in this posting represent only the base hourly, monthly, or annual pay and exclude potential bonuses, equity, or sales incentives, where applicable. Beyond base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package.
