Platform UX Manager

We are seeking a Platform UX Manager to lead a team of designers and ensure a consistent, cohesive user experience across all our product offerings. This role is critical in establishing a unified design vision and scalable systems that align with our platform strategy. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define experience guidelines, scale design operations, and mentor designers across multiple domains within PlanHub.

What you'll do to make an impact:

• Lead and mentor a small team of UX and UI designers across multiple products and domains, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Contribute hands-on to key design initiatives — from concept to execution — while setting a high bar for craft, usability, and scalability.
• Define and uphold platform-wide UX and UI consistency, including interaction models, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Brand to unify user journeys across web and mobile experiences.
• Own and evolve our design system and UX guidelines, ensuring they are scalable, inclusive, and developer-friendly.
• Align user experience strategy across teams to support a cohesive and intuitive platform that meets user and business goals.
• Drive research-informed decisions through usability testing, product metrics, and customer insights.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, design critique, and continuous learning, while advocating for user-centered design.

What will make you stand out:

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with 2+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in platform or SaaS environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience with scalable systems, product ecosystems, and design operations.
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with managing and scaling design systems.
• Familiarity with AI design tools, and designing for AI 
• Ability to balance vision with practicality and deliver incremental improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with a high degree of ownership and adaptability.

This position will be a remote position within the United States. Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office, may be required.  Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
