Sr. Human Resources Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Human Resources Manager to support the full scope of HR functions in a fast-growing, remote-first organization. This role will partner closely with the HR team and business leaders to scale our people operations, foster a high-performance and collaborative culture, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building, improving, and owning HR programs end-to-end.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple U.S. states and Canada, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Administer and optimize HRIS (Rippling), maintaining accurate employee data and system integrity.
- Own U.S. and Canadian payroll processing in partnership with accounting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Reconcile payroll, benefits, deductions, and garnishments with precision.
- Maintain employee classifications (FLSA, EEO), compensation updates, bonuses, and commissions.
- Develop, maintain, and update HR policies, employee handbook, and internal guidelines aligned with best practices for a remote-first SaaS workforce.
- Produce and analyze HR metrics and dashboards (headcount, payroll, audits) to support leadership decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted HR partner and advisor to employees and managers.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges.
- Participate in onboarding and lead offboarding processes, ensuring an exceptional and compliant employee experience.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and culture programs.
- Design and refine scalable HR processes to support business growth.
- Partner with the HR team to design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback cycles.
- Develop and facilitate training and development programs for managers and employees.
- Support career development, upskilling, and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage all required compliance training.
- Support compensation planning, benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and incentive programs.
- Administer compensation structures, job bands, and total cash compensation frameworks.
- Manage employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, leaves of absence, wellness).
- Serve as a liaison with benefit brokers and vendors.
- Lead annual open enrollment and benefits communications.
- Build and evolve company-wide wellness initiatives.
- Participate in recruiting efforts as needed, including sourcing and interviewing candidates across the organization.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years as an HR Manager, Senior Generalist, or HRBP required.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing payroll and benefits programs.
- Experience developing and delivering employee training programs.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to partner with leadership while balancing employee advocacy and business priorities.
- Experience scaling HR programs in a high-growth, remote-first organization.
- Hands-on experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and multi-state compliance.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Ability to travel or commute to the West Palm Beach office periodically (preferred).

This position has to option be a remote position within the United States, however, the ability to commute to our office in West Palm Beach is preferred.
