We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and consistently upholds the highest standards of quality without the need for close supervision.


What you'll do to make an impact:

  • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers and product owners to validate requirements and ensure high quality
  • delivery.
  • Investigate and report bugs and performance issues.
  • Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Assist in improving and evolving the SDLC with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.
  • Support test automation efforts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for testing improvement and automation.
  • Maintain and track quality metrics and KPIs.


What will make you stand out:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering with SaaS & mobile applications.
  • Strong experience in manual testing with a demonstrated ability to find and isolate issues.
  • 3+ years of experience using Selenium, Playwright, or similar for test automation.
  • 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and working with MySQL.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development processes.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, take initiative, and get things done with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter who can operate successfully on multiple projects simultaneously.

This position will be a remote position within the United States or Canada. Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office, may be required.  Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States or Canada. The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))

75,000 - 85,000 CAD per year (Remote (Canada))
