We are seeking a Production Support Engineer who thrives on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving bugs. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Technical Support: Assist users and support teams in diagnosing and resolving software installation and application issues.
• Development Support: Collaborate with developers to identify and address potential issues during the software development lifecycle.
• Documentation: Document software issues and solutions, and create technical reports to support future development and troubleshooting efforts.

What you will need to be successful:

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• The ability to work in teams, as well as independently.
• College degree (Associates or Bachelors)
• 1-2 years’ experience with Java, PHP or similar
• 1-2 years’ experience with RDBMS and SQL
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Strong desire to learn and advance coding expertise
