We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize our HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HubSpot across marketing, sales, and service hubs, driving efficiency and maximizing the platform's potential.


You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, implementing best practices, and supporting our teams in achieving their goals. As the CRM administrator, you will work across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations with the CRM.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Configure and manage HubSpot settings, workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot.
  • Design, build, and optimize automated workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and service processes.
  • Develop and implement lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation strategies.
  • Create and manage email templates, landing pages, forms, and other HubSpot assets.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on HubSpot performance.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to users on HubSpot best practices and functionalities.
  • Create and maintain documentation for HubSpot processes and procedures.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business systems 
  • Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between integrated platforms.
  • Evaluate and implement new HubSpot features.
  • Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot updates, features, and best practices.

What you’ll need to be successful: 

  • 3 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation principles.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot's various tools and features.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with API integrations and data management.
  • HubSpot certifications are a large plus.

This role offers a base salary of up to $82,000 - $96,000 per year, depending on experience. This position will be a remote position within the United States . Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office, may be required.  Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
