Growth Product Analyst

Email is the front door to the PlanHub experience for most users. From Invitations to Bid, project updates, and weekly summaries, our emails drive millions of impressions and key product actions every month. But email isn’t just a channel, it’s a product. And we need someone to own it like one.

As our Growth Product Analyst: Communication & Engagement, you’ll take full ownership of the outbound messaging experience. You’ll identify logic gaps, prototype improvements, run experiments, and connect email performance to key business outcomes like trial conversion, user activation, and paid retention. This is a cross-functional role that blends data, experimentation, product thinking, and messaging strategy.

What you’ll be doing:    

• Own PlanHub’s SendGrid infrastructure: templates, triggers, logic
• Manage backlog of optimizations and enhancements
• Analyze raw event logs using SQL and internal tools
• Identify logic gaps, delivery issues, and segmentation flaws
• Define and monitor KPIs (CTR, CVR, bounce rate, etc.)
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests (copy, timing, targeting, content)
• Collaborate with Design on formats and storytelling
• Tie email performance to marketplace outcomes (activation, engagement, retention)
• Support Marketing and Sales in acquisition and upsell
• Partner with Engineering on triggers and tracking accuracy
• Build scalable documentation and frameworks for fast iteration

What you’ll need to be successful:

• 2-4 years of experience in Growth, Product Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, or similar
• SQL fluency and ability to analyze event-level data
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Creative, product-minded approach to messaging and user behavior
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Familiarity with SendGrid or similar ESP
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates
• Exposure to construction tech, marketplaces, or SMB tools
• Experience with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Looker

This role is eligible for an annual base salary of $95,000–$105,000, based on experience. 

This position will be a remote position within the United States. Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office, may be required.  Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
