About the role

Are you passionate about creating meaningful first impressions? As a First Impression Team member, you will play a vital role in shaping the patient experience at our clinic. You are not just the first point of contact – you are the face of our practice and the heart of our team.

In this essential position, you will ensure our patients feel welcomed, cared for, and valued from the moment they walk through the door. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will help set the tone for their visit and create a seamless and positive experience.

What you'll do

• Welcome with warmth: Greet patients and visitors with a professional, friendly, and caring demeanor that reflects our mission to exceed expectations.
• Streamline patient visits: Assist with online demographic updates, insurance scanning, and collecting payments.
• Stay organized: Manage forms, signatures, and clerical tasks with accuracy and efficiency to support smooth clinic operations.
• Team communication: Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Maintain a welcoming space: Ensure our lobby is clean, comfortable, and inviting for patients and their families.
• Go above and beyond: Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and patients.
